Privacy policy
This describes what Unblocked, Inc. collects when you use the Unblocked website, dashboard and proxy network, why we collect it, and what we deliberately don't.
1. What we collect
- Account data — email address and a hashed password when you sign up.
- Payment data — handled by our payment and cryptocurrency processors directly. We store the last four digits of a card and a transaction reference, never a full card number.
- Usage data — bandwidth consumed, request counts, and which product/region an allocation belongs to, so the dashboard and billing can show it back to you.
- Site technical data — the IP address and browser details of requests made to unblocked.example itself (this website and dashboard), and standard server logs, for security and abuse prevention.
- Support data — anything you send us over email or Discord when you contact support.
2. What we do not collect
We do not log the destination, content or headers of traffic you route through a Unblocked proxy. Bandwidth and request counts are aggregate totals, not a per-request history of what you accessed. The free tools on this site (fingerprint check, IP lookup, and the rest) run in your browser and send nothing to us beyond the request each tool needs to function — see each tool's own page for specifics.
3. How we use it
To provision and bill your proxy access, operate the dashboard, respond to support requests, detect fraud and abuse, and improve the Service. We don't sell your data, and we don't use account or usage data for advertising.
4. Cookies
The marketing site and dashboard use a small number of essential cookies — for your theme preference and to keep you signed in. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
5. Who we share it with
Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery), payment and cryptocurrency processors, and law enforcement when we're legally compelled to respond to a valid request. We don't share account or usage data with anyone else.
6. Retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a period afterward as required for tax and accounting purposes. Aggregate usage data tied to a closed account is anonymized or deleted on a rolling basis.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to records we're required to keep by law. Email [email protected] to make a request.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to account and billing systems is restricted to staff who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you if a breach affects your data as required by law.
9. Children
The Service isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when this policy changes materially.
