Refund policy
Unblocked is prepaid, not a subscription — you're paying for an allocation, not a recurring charge. This is when we'll refund one.
1. ISP and DC proxies
An unused ISP or DC allocation is refundable in full within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, or once the allocation has been provisioned and used, it's non-refundable — the IPs are dedicated to your account for the term regardless of use.
2. Residential bandwidth
Residential bandwidth is refundable pro rata as long as under 10% of the purchased amount has been consumed. Once you've used 10% or more of a purchase, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
3. The $1 trial
The trial follows the same rules as the product it unlocks: the ISP/DC portion is refundable within 24 hours if unused, and the residential portion follows the pro-rata rule above.
4. What's never refundable
- An allocation terminated for an Acceptable Use Policy violation.
- An allocation past its eligibility window, as described above.
- Bandwidth top-ups applied to an account that's already been fully refunded once.
5. How to request one
Email [email protected] or reach us on Discord with your account email and the order in question. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method — card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days; cryptocurrency refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide, minus any network fee.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — it's faster, and a chargeback on an account instead of a refund request may result in suspension while it's investigated.
