Are the IPs shared with anyone else?

What protocols do you support?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every product. Authentication by username and password or by IP whitelist.
Is there a connection or thread limit?
No concurrency cap on any plan. Run as many simultaneous connections as your own infrastructure can handle.
How is bandwidth measured?
Total bytes in and out through the proxy, including request and response headers. Usage is visible in the dashboard in near real time.
Can I target a specific city or carrier?
Yes. Residential supports country, city, ASN and ZIP. ISP supports city, state and carrier. Targeting is included, not an upsell.
What happens when I run out of bandwidth?
Requests stop rather than silently overcharging you. Top up any amount from the dashboard and traffic resumes immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused ISP allocations can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Residential bandwidth is refundable pro rata if under 10% has been consumed.
